End Your Worst DCF Nightmare With Communication Every Step Of The Way

“I learned in the hospital when the social worker informed me that he would be filing a report with DCF. Once I found out what the report alleged, and the false accusations in it, and the narrative that the social worker basically made up, it made me very angry that this person who is supposed to be ethical could do something like this. You know, it’s not something that I ever, ever imagined would happened to me.
Our daughter is so loved. She has never been neglected or abused. And she has been so loved and wanted by our entire family, not just by my husband and I, but our entire family, since the day we found out I was pregnant. So to be in those shoes was just something so foreign to me that I never imagined could possibly happen. It was like I was having the most vivid, worst nightmare of my entire life. But, but it wasn’t a nightmare. It was real.
We contacted Attorney Seaver, retained him, and he dealt with DCF for us. He made us feel a lot better. And for me, my husband is my rock and my strength. So to see him scared was so hard and so earth shattering. And then once we hired Attorney Seaver, it was like my husband could breathe again. I don’t think it could possibly not be incredibly stressful. But I felt so much less stress and more at ease because Attorney Seaver outlined a plan. And I knew that he was there every step of the way to be that shield with the investigator.
If you get a call from DCF today, you should not deal with DCF on your own. Do not do it. Don’t even think about doing it. You need help from an Attorney and you need somebody that deals specifically with DCF. And I would recommend Attorney Seaver for that. He deals exclusively with DCF. He knows that system, he’s he knows the people involved, he has dealt with a lot of their caseworkers before. So Attorney Seaver is the person to hire because he knows that system. He also called just to check in with how I was doing, with how the family was doing, make sure everybody was all right. And then I met my wonderful husband and was blessed with this beautiful baby. And the idea of her being taken away from me puts such a visceral fear right down to the core of my soul.
